After placing the order and payment, delivery will take place within 3 working days in the Netherlands and within 3-5 working days in Belgium and Luxembourg.

If a defect is discovered, the customer must notify Honeyplus.nl as soon as possible. In any case, the customer must report any defect within 14 days of discovering it. After this period, the right to a replacement expires.
The (commercial and/or legal) warranty never applies to defects that arise as a result of accidents, negligence, falls, use of the article contrary to its intended purpose, failure to comply with the instructions or manual, modifications to the article, intensive use, poor maintenance or other abnormal or incorrect use.
Defects that manifest themselves after a period of 6 months from the date of purchase, or if applicable the date of delivery, will not be considered as latent defects unless the customer proves otherwise.
